The length of a project depends on the size and complexity of the space, as well as the amount of clutter. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the initial in home consultation.
Unravel My Mess charges an hourly rate for organizing services. The rate varies depending on the type of service and the size of the project. We will provide you with a detailed quote during the initial consultation.
Once we have completed a in-home consultation we will provide you with a list of recommended supplies that you yourself may purchase. Or, we can purchase them for you. Any storage solution products purchased is an additional fee on top of the service charge. Purchasing storage solution products is not a requirement.
The organizing process typically begins with an initial in-home consultation where we discuss your goals, needs and challenges. I will take measurements and pictures of the spaces. th en, I will create a personalized organizing plan tailored to your space and lifestyle. During organizing sessions, we work together to declutter, sort, and organize your belongings, implementing practical systems to maintain a clutter-free environment.

When it comes to sentimental items, we approach them with care and sensitivity. We'll work together to determine which items truly hold sentimental value for you and find the best way to honor those memories. W Heather it's finding a special place for them in your home or creating a keepsake box, we'll make sure your sentimental items are organized in a way that brings you joy and preserves their significance.
Yes I offer maintenances services for existing customers. I will follow-up with you 2 weeks after we have completed our project to make sure everything is working efficiently. I will also offer maintenance services for clients that need me to come back and refresh an area that we already worked on.
It is always recommended that your presence be available during decluttering sessions. Your input is valuable as we make decisions based on our preferences and needs. However, if you're unable to be present, we can discuss alternative arrangements such as providing detailed instructions or working with a designated individual to represent your preferences and ensure the process aligns with your goals.
